Goal: Adviser program is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of our students creating a culture of connection and belonging. Our goal is the creation, maintenance and repair to the culture of connection and belonging in each adviser room. Advisers will use a variety of resources to accomplish this goal. Resources include but are not limited to 1) supporting the monthly observances by utilizing the bank of differentiated resources that allow for choice in which resource to be used each month. 2) Creating/Updating Respect/Brave Space Agreements. 3) Advisers will be explicitly naming and highlighting the work being done is connected to the core values of our equity work around the culture connection of belonging. 4) Programming developed in response to behavior trends and school teams.

Goal: Monthly Observances: Adviser Program will support the monthly observances. Utilize bank of differentiated resources and allow for choice in which resource they want to use each month. Provide regular in-service time to review resources and select one that best suits their group based on readiness, adviser comfort level, student engagement, etc.
