The primary purpose of the Registrar Office is the collection, maintenance, dissemination and retention of students' academic information.  We provide many services related to student records as described below.

The Registrar Office serves as the initial point of contact for all new students registering at New Trier.  All aspects of the admission process - from placement testing to course selection - are coordinated through this office.

The Registrar Office provides official transcripts for alumni, former and current students.  We work closely with Post-High School Counseling to provide transcripts for current seniors for the college application process.

The Registrar Office also processes report cards on a quarterly basis. You may view/print both report cards and unofficial transcripts from your Parent Portal.

Other key functions of the Registrar Office include:

• Driver Ed verification forms
• "Good Student Discount" forms for auto insurance
• Social Security Benefit forms
• Completion of work permit application for students under 16 years of age
