If you are bringing a non-NT student or a 9th/10th grade NT student, see section below “Prom Guest Approval Form”. If you are purchasing a ticket for your guest who is a New Trier junior or senior student, you will need the student’s last name and student ID number. Once you have added your information, you can add another student to the cart before checking out to complete your order.
Students cannot purchase prom tickets until outstanding fee bills have been paid. Please contact the Business Office to satisfy those payments (847-784-3409 or feebills@nths.net).
To provide an accurate count of attendees per our contract with Hyatt, tickets may not be available after 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 17. There is a possibility we may be able to sell additional tickets, which would be subject to a late fee and availability.

SAFETY AND APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Many students are already making plans for Prom, and it is important that parents are involved in these plans. Your guidance is essential to ensure students do not engage in behavior that is potentially dangerous or illegal. Please talk with other parents about guidelines or questions you have about the evening.
To ensure the safety of all students attending Prom, hotel room rental parties or any parties that permit alcohol or drugs are prohibited under state law, the hotel’s rules, and school policy. As with all other school events, use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, and other prohibited substances as defined in our Student Guidebook is strictly prohibited. In addition, each student attending the dance, including non-New Trier students, must adhere to the expectations outlined in the Guest Request Form and abide by all school rules. This agreement also provides students with the following information regarding consequences for failing to follow the rules: Students found in possession of illegal substances or alcohol will be turned over to local police. Students who are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be assessed for medical care, and parents will be required to pick them up at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Students will also face school disciplinary action.
