Senior Helpers are an integral part of the Freshman Adviser Program. Senior Helpers go through an extensive interview process at the beginning of second semester of Junior Year. They have two half-day trainings over the summer and then meet every Wednesday morning before school throughout first semester during their senior year for further training. They are present on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in their freshman adviser rooms at Northfield to help freshmen transition to high school. Senior Helpers meet with their freshman adviser weekly to plan activities and discussions for the following week.
