• Metal, Jewelry, & Sculptural Arts 1 (1 semester)

    This exciting new semester course provides students the opportunity to explore jewelry, metalwork, and sculptural materials.  From metal and clay to wood and plaster, participants will engage hands-on with various mediums, experimenting and innovating along the way.  Throughout the course, students will master fundamental techniques such as soldering, casting, forming, and engraving, while also exploring traditional and contemporary processes. Each assignment is thoughtfully crafted to encourage personal expression, enhance technical skills, and deepen understanding of essential tools and materials.  Students are required to purchase a Sculptural Art Kit.  This course fulfills the graduation requirement for fine and/or practical arts.
