• CONSUMER MATHEMATICS AND CULINARY ARTS 
    OPEN TO SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS, AND SENIORS

    This interdisciplinary course, taught out of the Culinary Court, provides students an opportunity to apply consumer skills to real-life scenarios through activities such as budgeting, meal planning, and grocery shopping. Students will also develop practical math skills through the preparation of basic meals, connecting classroom learning with everyday applications. This course fulfills the Consumer Education graduation requirement, combining essential life skills with the joy of cooking.
