In this course, students learn about the multiple facets of the culinary industry, including the preparation of food, knife skills, creative presentation, daily restaurant operations, and customer relations. At the end of the year, students display their knowledge and skills by designing and operating a one-day, pop-up restaurant. In addition, students have the opportunity to earn a ServSafe Certificate, an important industry credential. Please visit our website for more information.
