Process: Annually, the English and Theatre departments hold a playwriting contest in the fall, and interested seniors may submit their scripts to the committee. Sponsoring teacher communicates details of the competition, including requirements and due date to English Department teachers and staff via email. The winner is chosen by December and winner has his play revised and produced by the theatre department, and is honored at the Senior Awards ceremony in May.
